The band will be supporting fellow Nottingham based band In Isolation at Junction 7, Canning Circus, Nottingham UK on Friday, 5th September 2008.

As far as we're aware, the door price is £5.00

Luxury Stranger are in the process of arranging various live performances. Some of these performances may have themed gimmicks - watch this space for more info.

The campaign begins in the bands base city, Nottingham, and will be spreading across parts of the UK, Europe and North US within the following months.

If you find one of these cards remember, you've been invited to a strange and luxurious secret society.
"We hope that this air of mystery will fit in with the 'Dickensian Mod' element we're working with and will be a nice tidy advert for LS' main site on Myspace." (Simon York)

The cards are business card size, black with a classic sketch look skull (the bands current logo) on one side with the invite text on the other...

As noted in the main LS profile, Owen Walton joined the band on Sunday, 20th April 2008 after the guys had a rehearsal at a top Nottingham rehearsal/recording studio.

The band will be in the process of perfecting their sound and hope to play live very soon. The band hope to recruit a keyboard player (female or male).

As you may have heard, the new Luxury Stranger song 'Completion' is up and out in various places on the internet. Please have a listen and let the band know what you think - your feedback helps to shape the sound and direction of LS!
On the Myspace site, there is a 'Luxury Stranger Confidential' article which goes behind the scenes of writing and recording the new song 'Completion'.

We have a competition on at the moment.
The prize - one of five Luxury Stranger branded mobile phone screen wipe tools.
What you have to do - send in a photo of yourself dressed as your favourite Dickensian character eg Fagin, Oliver Twist, Scrooge, Nancy (from Oliver Twist), David Copperfield...

Simon York, main man of Luxury Stranger, here... I just wanted to write a few lines on here to get things moving really. As some of you may realise, the myspace site (www.myspace.com/luxurystranger) is Luxury Stranger's current main site. If you want to keep in touch with the band and stay up-to-date with what we're doing - make sure you go there and register.

Alternatively, you can register at our last.fm page. Just go to last.fm and search for Luxury Stranger. If you're liking what you hear, send us a shout and a memeber of the Luxury Stranger Admin. Team will request you as a friend.
